1. To work in the Sales Department of DACHSER Tianjin while keeping in line with DACHSER GROUP strategy and general policy

2. To integrate and perform contributively in the Tianjin sales team

3. To develop to the best of his ability, his own client portfolio and overall business activity, air freight and sea freight, import as well as export, railway and contract logistics

4. To handle, monitor and follow up Sales Leads generated by the Dachser Group of companies and its affiliates

5. To generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates

6. To handle in an accurate, professional and responsible manner his daily tasks and duties at the Sales Department of the Tianjin office

7. To develop and optimize the profitability of the Tianjin and North China Region Sales overall activity

8. To support the implementation of the Group strategic decision related to the sales activity of the Company in China

9. To provide the Managerment of the Company with accurate and regular activity reports

10. Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness

职位要求：

1. College degree or above

2. 5 years relevant experience

3. Solid experience in the sales and marketing of logistice products ( air freight, sea freight, contract logistices, etc.)

4. Strong sense of professional integrity both from customers stand-point and internally within the company

5. A convincing personality, with fluent English both in written and speaking

6. Skillful in office software

7. Strong communication and negotiation skills

8. Strong independently problem solving capabilities

9. High integrity

10. Team player, good interpersonal skills, outgoing and open minded, warn personally, industrious and enthusiastic
