Responsibilities:
1) Providing full spectrum of daily administrative and operation supports to GM and Retail Department;
2) Co-operating with VM, Marketing and Buying team to maximize Sales, new stock and new promotion;
3) Preparing sales performance and inventory report (daily / weekly / monthly);
4) Preparing product training materials and product training with shops in each season;
5) Preparing documentation of store's monthly sales targets;
6) Coordinating with shops and warehouse for stock replenishment and arrange transfers;
7) Maintaining stock allocation and inventory level;
8) Handling customers enquiries and complaints;
9) Supporting the projects of new shop opening, revocation, staff uniform and events;
10) Organizing and implementing CRM Program;
11) Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time and customers E-mail and enquiries;
12) Communicating with stores and VM when new arrivals.

  

  

Requirements:

  

1) Bachelor degree and above;

  

2) At least 1 years' solid related experience in retail business;

  

3) Well organized in multi-task, good communication skill and positive attitude;

  

4) Proficiency in Excel;

  5) Fluency in written and spoken English is required, Italian is plus.
