招聘两名技术支持的职位,7*24小时Firstline技术支持,详细职位介绍如下:


Fluent Mandarin and English are required to support this role.

Main responsibilities

? Eliminate problems by monitoring, analyzing and grouping all incoming events/alarms, incidents and request.

? Experience of 24*7 service delivery and high uptime demands

? Secure that users can pursue their professions through preventive support

? Provide information to customers in the event of operational disturbances

? Registration, initial support, prioritization and classification of incidents and requests

? Prioritizing according to type, severity, S LA impact and work load

? Event/Alarm monitoring, tracking and communication

? Follow the incident through its life cycle until it is resolved

? When a solution is at hand, apply the solution/workaround and verify the result

? Information skills


Desired competences and experience

? Database (Oracle, Mongo DB, Postgree SQL) and SQL

? Linux platform (Red Hat)

? Application server (JBoss, Mule)

? Web server (Apache)

? Scripting

? Application Operations Management

? Experience from telecom and vehicle industry

总结来说:

? Firstline:7*24,两个班次轮换的工作制:8:00-20:00;20:00-次日早8:00 晚班过后有调休

? 处理Global的电话和Email request,监控Global的后台服务是否运行正常。

? 如果有Critical Incident,需要第一时间通知Global on call team,和他们一起解决问题。

? 有些简单的15分钟之内可以完成的troubleshooting,在不忙的时候处理一下。

? 另外,简单的troubleshooting部分在Windows,部分在Linux系统,要求有简单的Linux能力 – 知道基本命令的运用(查找,打开文件等)。

? 整个工作流程follow ITIL,熟悉外企的IT 工作流程,对ticket工具,SLA,升级流程等有基本知识,可以直接接收Training。
