Purpose and general responsibilities of the position:

Customer Service / Daily operation of client

Business development support

Supplier performance management

Specific responsibilities of the position:

Effectively communicate with customers, focused on speedy order & enquiries handling, build excellent relationship with them

Follow-up closely customer complains and special orders.

Coordinate the work of supplier so as to meet customer requirements, including but not limited to customer SOP

Suggest improvement for management in SOP and customer service.

Prepare KPI & financial reports as required.

Proactively advise any challenges and problems that arose or might arise in connection with service to customers

Control the cost within your influence, make recommendations for cost reduction.

Initiative to continuously suggest improvements to develop real value-added service to customers

Monitor supplier’s performance by regular review meeting, on site coaching as well as supplier KPI

Built excellent relationship with supplier

Measurement/success criteria of the position:

High customer satisfaction accompanied by KPI scores below set levels.

Ensure order processing is 100% accurate and zero order be missed.

Ensure all reports provided to customer should be 100% accurate within deadline.

Provide finance reports to fin. Dept. with 99% accuracy before deadline.

Streamlined procedures for client.

Closely work with Fin to ensure payment be settled.

All complaints should be replied within one day and action plan should be made in one day after investigation.

Prompt communication with customer in case any special case.

No unnecessary costs/expenditures occurred, reduce cost whenever possible (within responsibility)

Support WND head to analyze local market and submit related figures in a timely manner on monthly basis

Keep regular communication with clients and maintain relationship so as to ensure satisfaction rate is above 90%.

Manage supplier performance and make record for any service failure, provide monthly KPI to WND head for analysis before 5th each month.

Specific requirements for the position:

2 years' experience for warehouse operation

Good command of English

Pro-customer attitude and proactive orientation when handling orders & enquiries (No detail to small no effort to great)

Teamwork attitude, open to share and receive information

Positive attitude to the job and professionalism in daily work and handling customer service.

High initiative and aggressive

High communication skills
