职位描述
Archibat is looking for a SENIOR MANAGER - PROJECT PLANNING & DESIGN DEPARTMENT for a reputed HK real estate developer to join its Shanghai office.
Job Purpose & Nature
Responsible for providing project planning and design service to the assigned projects.
1. Play a leadership role in the execution of project's planning and design via the partnership with both overseas and local architects and consultants to ensure our client's project design concepts and standards are in line with companies overall development strategy.
2. Provide supervisory support to project teams in delivering the desired outcomes in quality, schedule and budget.
3. Support the director of the project in the company's brand building via sustainable development strategy and new product development in planning and design.
1. Bachelor or above degree in architectural or related field.
2. With a minimum of 10 years' project management and architectural design experience in consultant or real estate developer environment with ability to manage large-scale projects.
3. Good sensitivity in real estate planning and design.
4. Familiar with project administration and preparation of construction documents.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, organized and systematic.
6. Ability to multi-task across various assignments and work under pressure.
7. Enjoy a team working environment.
8. Proficiency in written and oral Chinese and English.
