工作概要 Position Summary:
Response for company’s daily operations and create a open and fair culture among the team, support the team when there’s any issue and make reasonable decision when needed. Reach the company target for CI saving, and also profit plan meted.
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the operation, supply chain department.
2. Recruits and builds corporate manufacturing organization in line with the operating principles of MOS/JCMS
3. Recommends new procedures and processes to improve quality and reduce production costs.
4. Reviews project plans and carries out the completion and integration of key tasks within the assigned area as it relates to new and ongoing projects.
5. Ensures 100% delivery performance to customer requirement.
6. Controls costs of material, direct/indirect and equipment in accordance to budget.
7. Ensure that operation department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company’s business strategies.
8. Be responsible for department budgeting and ensures that actual cost is under control.
9. Maintains effective relationship with all internal and external customers.
10. Responsible for an environment of continuous improvement by making and developing suggestions and implementing where possible.
11. Focuses on BBP Measures to generate roadmaps to reach benchmarks.
12. Improves Operation function competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities an inspiring innovations of ingenious products .services. solutions and processes.
资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Leadership skills, supervision of large work groups
2. Must have the talent to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time, ensuring the priorities are handled first and the ability to perform under pressure.
3. Multiple department management experience.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Automotive supply experience, Continuous Improvement exposure, employee involvement experience and the ability to perform under pressure.
6. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability , percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
7. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
8. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form Strong computer skills with full understanding of software programs
