Conduct marketing research to better understand our customers, their needs and work with team to develop innovative brand strategies and plans;

? Deliver analysis of customer research, market conditions and competitor information;

? Responsible for establishing and implementing strategy and objective for big and small marketing and creative campaigns across all marketing channels and ensure the optimal content delivery;

? Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects;

? Ensure effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization;

? Manage the work of designers, and marketing creatives to ensure outstanding levels of quality, cost effectiveness, and brand alignment to standard;

? Manage the marketing budget, delivering programs within agreed budget;

? Responsible for tracking ROI and optimising the result of each marketing and creative campaigns across social media channels;

? Facilitate and work closely with creative and design director with high-quality creative process and ensure the optimal campaign results;

? Other projects upon requirements.
