职位描述

Position Purpose

Provide purpose driven leadership in the formation of various sales contracts, associated documentation, and software license agreements. Provide counsel to Senior Management in the negotiations of customer agreements. Ensure the necessary competencies in leading the contracting, the risk review, and the negotiation planning and authorization processes consistent with the principles of business-like, disciplined contracting (BDC).

Principal Accountabilities

l Partner with Sales & Business Unit Team to Develop, negotiation, and finalize various sales agreements for business from selling side.

l Identifying the potential risk of transactions, lead the risk evaluation and mitigation process, and make sure to control the risk through proper contract formulation.

l Review and evaluate terms and conditions, direct the development of recommendations for acceptance or change to terms and conditions, and work with Business Units to manage disputes or other requirements.

l Advise and interface with Senior Management on a broad range of commercial issues, including interpretation of and compliance to contract terms.

l Provide core competency in the planning, authorization, and execution of sales contracts negotiations in a responsive, professional, and business-like fashion.

l Deliver Training to Sales & SBU Team.

Education/ Experience Required

At least 5 years of contract review and negotiation experience.

Major in Law, Trade, Commercial preferred.

Skills Required

Well-developed negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Good Commercial knowledge & background.

Good working knowledge of contract law, concepts, and policies and procedures related to contract management.

Good at English, both spoken & written.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to develop creative solutions to complex business relationships.

Personal qualities that include the ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines; outstanding business, analytical, and financial acumen; attention to detail and being a hands-on, creative results-oriented provider of value-added service capability to support the businesses’ contracting needs globally. Emphasis is on being proactive, showing great initiative and self-direction in accomplishing daily tasks.

Flexibility and resilience, including ability to adapt to changing/uncertain or ambiguous conditions. Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed team environment with a win-win orientation. Feedback, coaching, and motivation skills.

The ideal candidate will come from a complex, global business that has a combination of manufacturing and services and/or software to ensure integration of technical, complex and/or sensitive business issues.

Travel Required

It is expected that the successful candidate will travel up to 20% of the working time.
