Responsibilities:

1. Providing PRC indirect tax advisory service in China

VAT health check of all business units (BUs) in China

Assisting BUs in tax compliance obligation including VAT return spot check

VAT ad-hoc advisory service to all BUs in China

VAT training for all BUs in China

2. Tax support to other transportation & logistics services including terminal etc.

Risk management

Ad-hoc advisory services

3. Tax laws updates for Greater China Cluster (incl. Mainland China, Hong Kong ，

Taiwan)

4. M&A projects

5. Ad hoc projects

6. Managing of clients’ relationships

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree with major in tax, economics, accounting or finance. Master degree

is a plus.

2. 6-8 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years in management position;

Experience in CPA firms and consulting companies is preferred.

3. Thorough knowledge and experience in Chinese tax law especially VAT; CTA/CPA is

preferred

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
