Recruiter

Responsibilities:

1. Manage different recruitment projects and make it run smoothly

2. Implement the effective recruiting program to meet business need

3. Explore new channels of experienced talent pool

4. Screen potential candidates using headhunting methods, on-line websites and print media.

5. Build up network with good potentials and related database

6. Evaluates applicants' skills and background;

7. Arrange interviews and follow-up schedules for potential candidates

8. Summarize and provide necessary reports

9. Ensure recruitment targets are achieved, manage assignments and liaise with hiring manager for job requirements.

Requirements

1. 3-5 or above years exp in recruitment

2. Strong process mindset, assertive, confident

3. Good at consultative selling & Strong presentation skills

4. Customer-oriented and ability to build strong relationships

5. Good team player

6. Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties

7. Good English and native Mandarin
