1. 管理改善供应商绩效：Manage & Improve purchasing performance：

1） 发展完善采购绩效指标；Procurement KPI development;

2） 提高物料按期交货率，减少缺料；Improve Material Availability, reduce material shortage;

3） 减少不合格品和交货差异率；Reduce NCR;

4） 减少未决物料清单；Reduce Pending list;

5） 履行MRB流程。Support MRB process.

2. 协调IPT关系，服务于生产。

IPT Coordination and production service.

3. 采购人员的管理、培训和发展。确保采购工作由福克荷兰到福克中国的顺利转移。

Purchaser’s management, coaching and development. Make sure the purchasing transfer from FE-NL to FE-CN.

4. 日常采购工作，例如下达采购订单，跟踪发货等。

Daily purchasing activities, such as making the purchase order, tracking shipment etc.

5. 月报总结汇报。Make and report PRP report every month.

6. 协助进出口部门相关的事宜。Assist related activities for import and export department.

任职资格:

1. 大学本科或同等学历；Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Company;

2. 五年以上外企采购工作经验； 5 years or above working experience of procurement in an international;

3. 了解ERP系统；Knowledge of ERP system;

了解采购流程；Knowledge of Procurement Procedure;

4. 具备英语读、写能力；English skills in spoken and written;

具备领导力，及人员管理能力；Leadership & People management;

5. 有较强的与人沟通和协调能力；Strong ability of communication and coordination;

6. 解决问题的能力。Problem Solving and Result driven.
