Responsibilities：

- Be the key leader which organizes company recourse to Establish, maintain and develop IATF16949, ISO14001 management system and gain quality and environment management system certification and pass quality or Environment audit from customer or environmental protection agency;

- Establish, maintain and develop the quality and environment on-site management system of company (such as SPC, control plan, cleaner production), create, revise and update quality and environment documents, audit the quality and environment management system, ensure the suitability of the quality and environment instructions, the effectiveness of the system running and continual improvement;

- Audit and evaluate new suppliers, give support to suppliers, so they can meet BFC quality and environment standards;

- Be the approver to issue out the internal documents related with quality control to ensure the internal activities and operating procedure are under prompt control to meet Bulten and customer quality and environment standards;

- Create or check, and approve Quality and environment Reports to headquarter, BFC management team, customers and other related units, ensure the external documents’ accuracy and delivery on time;

- Maintain current knowledge of local and international regulatory and legislative requirements and trends to ensure company regulatory compliance and business continuity in the quality and environment control areas (such as environment, production, safety and chemical management);

- Manage the implementation of Bulten Quality and Environment Policies, Quality and Environment Manual and other quality and environment related company regulations and routines, act as a role model in accordance with the Code of Conduct;

- Perform internal audits to ensure that quality and environment procedures are followed, and report the result and improvement action plans to the management team.

- Perform planning of annual budget, do the company quality and environment investment plan to have the necessary equipments or tools to meet quality and environment management request, and supervise the execute the implementation of the budget, keep cost saving work method in daily management;

- Ensure the defined level of Quality and EHS is measured, audited, reported on and where necessary actions plan are implemented and closely followed to address any issues;

- Evaluate and analyze data during the process from conceptual stage to final customer approval and production start up; supports manufacturing floor in identifying and correcting on-going quality problems through analyses and subsequent recommendations;

- Be responsible to trigger root cause analysis and the determination of the effects and consequences, which is required to implement necessary actions and to provide the lessons learnt from it instigating improvement actions or initiatives within the Bulten;

- Define quality team member’s work scale, responsibility, manage the Quality team, in charge of overall Quality functions with the objective to achieve company quality standard and target; select, train, supervise and develop QM team;

- Ensure the quality and environment records are collated effectively and maintained in accordance with the QEHS;

- Take responsibility for quality measuring equipment in the laboratory, its status, calibration, usage training, maintenance and reparation to ensure the equipment is always reliable and supportive to processes/products/components evaluation;

Requirements

Auto industry experience, familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 ；

Bachelor or above Degree ；
