1. Actively identify, pursue and successfully convert new project opportunities to grow the business;

2. Assist in the preparation and development of Project Management Services marketing materials;

3. Attend and positively and professionally represent and advocate for the business at industry functions and events;

4. Provide project management support and assistance to the rest of the project team at as required basis;

5. Ensure that communication is at all time clear, open and honest and conforming to the highest standards of integrity.

任职要求：

1. Successful and proven track record in the area of business development in the real estate, construction, design or related sector;

2. An undergraduate degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related construction focused discipline;

3. A minimum 3 years experience in the real estate or building construction industry;

4. Competency in managing tender and procurement exercise;
