ArchiBat HR is looking for an ASSOCIATE and a SENIOR ASSOCIATE / DIRECTOR for a WELL KNOWN WORLD LEADING ARCHITECTURAL FIRM with many offices in Europe, Middle East, the US, and in Asia. This firm provides consultancy services in architecture, Interior design, masterplanning, landscape, urban design and building consultancy. This international firm is one of the top 5 largest architectural company in the world.


Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in design, contract administration and/or project management;
- Registered Architect in PRC, UK or equivalent;
- Experience in PRC is an advantage;
- Experience with good PRC expertise for construction drawings and site coordination works, especially for high rise buildings;
- Hands-on skills in V-Ray, Revit/BIM and Rhino Grasshopper;
- Fluency in written and spoken Putonghua and English.
