学历要求：本科

岗位职责：

1. 分销商销售代表人事管理（离入职审核、离职率、人头控制、工作量审核、五险一金、意外险）；

2. 分销商销售代表系统管理（固定拜访路线设计、工资制作、任务汇总跟进）；

3. 分销商销售代表的品牌奖励活动推进及总结 ；

4. 分销商作战室工作管理设计（作战墙、资料汇总）；

5. 分销商销售代表、分销商运作经理招聘项目（网络招聘及总结）；

6. 其它；

以上工作需确保达成公司制定的相关指标，并按时保质保量依流程完成；

岗位要求：

1. Office办公系统操作熟练，尤其擅长使用PPT和Excel（函数、快捷方式等）,基本的英语能力；

2. 能够按时或提前完成公司交给的工作，有较强的责任心；

3. 能够承受一定的工作压力；

4. 有较强的沟通能力；

5. 态度积极，思想进步；
