Project Consultant Executive Search

We are looking for an energetic, motivated International Project Consultant Executive Search to join our team in full-time. The role of the Project Consultant Executive Search is to provide internal and external clients with excellent service across all projects. This position is an opportunity for a strongly ambitious personality to work independently and in cooperation on executive-level assignments.

In a Nutshell:

? Professional Recruitment/Project Consultant for senior assignments cooperating with

Multinational & local clients of the Industrial, Automotive, Real Estate/Architecture and

Retail areas

? Search and identify suitable candidates for senior projects by using internal/external

databases, cold calling etc.

? Keep close communication with the clients

? Interview candidates & write according reports for client

? Arrange suitable candidates to be interviewed by clients

? Assist clients and candidates in whole recruiting process

? Control the consulting service process quality

? Assist in Business development for senior positions as well as generate & lead own

clients with or without guidance depending on qualification

? Enjoying fast forward company culture and competitive salary scheme

Desired Qualifications:

? Fluent English and/or Chinese (both are ideal); other languages are a plus

? University degree (Bachelor or above)

? Teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently

? Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change

? Hands-on "Can-do" attitude

? Impeccable organization and time management skills

? Positive attitude
