天津招聘

岗位职责：

1. 制定年度本品牌的电商运营战略、实施流程与计划，带领团队实现公司的预期目标；
2. 建立电商部门专业、规范的运营管理体系，培养和发展优秀的运营队伍；
3. 处理部门外联工作，制定本司与各大电商平台的战略合作计划；
4. 组织各项会议、培训，帮助团队有效完成官网、京东、天猫等各电商平台运营指标；
5. 分析后台数据，监测市场与客户反馈，周期性总结、评估及调整公司电商运营策略；
6. 与设计研发、商品、仓库各部门积极沟通，保证供应链有效，库存周转良性；

任职要求：

1. 熟悉天猫、京东、唯品会等主流电商平台运营模式，电商管理经验5年以上；
2. 年龄32-40岁；***优先，本科学历，电子商务及计算机相关专业；
3. 有品牌运营能力和整个团队管理经验，善于沟通，协调、有框架思维；
4. 有一定的抗压能力，热爱电商事业。
