岗位职责：

1. 负责公司品牌产品在全国范围内销售目标的拟定和执行；
2. 负责零售运营体系的搭建及优化，采取不同的营销策略达成公司指标；
3. 负责零售运营团队人员的搭建，培训及管理，促使团队价值观统一；
4. 负责全国店铺开拓、业绩、体验、陈列形象等各项指标的标准制定，并协助团队达成；
5. 参与制定所负责产品的战略计划包括产品的设计、开发管理和实施，及后期的市场营销；

任职资格：

1. 市场营销、管理类相关专业本科以上学历，英文良好；
2. 具有耐用消费品零售行业的从业背景，在相关企业任职销售总监三年以上；
3. 有丰富的零售资源，熟悉商场百货渠道；
4. 品牌意识强，具有出色提案能力和沟通技巧,有大型相关策划实务操作经验及成功品牌策划案例；
5. 对市场有灵敏的触觉和较强的资讯搜集能力,能独力操作品牌营销工作；
