岗位职责：

支持经理管理管理布尔顿员工的人力资源规划，招聘，培训，员工关系，薪酬福利，绩效考核

负责员工入职、离职手续的办理，员工档案的收集与保管

审核员工的考勤，及各种休假并备案

制作员工薪酬表，并报人力资源部经理审批

处理员工关系事宜，为员工办理员工社会保险的结算、缴纳、接纳、转移

协助招聘和培训

协助经理搜寻，面试，筛选和配置员工

负责执行员工试用转正、定级、晋级的考试

帮助员工明确并履行公司的政策

协助人力资源部经理处理劳资关系和劳动合同事宜

协助解决员工与公司的劳动纠纷

参与完善和宣传人事政策，程序和制度

根据公司的招聘计划招聘操作工

操作工技能考试

新员工入职培训

为各部门提供需要的行政支持

办公用品管理（文具，饮用水等）：保存记录，采购订单及分发处理控制。

HRIS系统维护；

微信公众号运营；

经理交待的其他工作
