The role As a BD Manager, you are supposed to proactively engaging with the prospect customers and partners, with an aim to generate lead opportunities and to win the contract. You are also supposed to give the feedback from the market and prospect to the supporting team in order re-define the go-to-market strategy in an agile way.

Your challenging tasks are:

• Support the General Manager to define the go-to-market strategy for Europe.

• Identify and outreach prospect customers to understand their needs and pain points.

• Matching the customer needs with the company’s capabilities.

• Feedback the customer needs to the supporting team to fill any possible gaps in the company’s solution and to re-define the product and market strategy.

• Execute commercial process including contract negotiations

Professional and personal profile

• Strong consulting sales skill and customer insight

• Knowledge base and relevant experience in Telecom IT and software are highly preferred.

• Experience in managing customer relationship within the Telco industry

• Advising and interacting with all levels of management in a proactive manner

• Ability to work independently and as a team member

• Ability to be flexible, mobile and work in a problem solving environment

• Self-enabled with a proactive mindset, determined to deliver high quality within tight timeframes

• A good negotiator with good presentation and communicative skills

• Adaptable to diversity culture team

• You are fluent in English – speaking mandarin will be considered an advantage.
