• Independently perform routine troubleshooting and repairs on the designated modality with a 95% success rate of diagnosing the problem while working within the escalation procedure. 独立完成对日常故障的发现和修理，在升级程序指定模式下具有95%的成功率能够诊断出问题。

• Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance on their designated modality and secondary modality. 在机器的指定模式和次要模式下进行日常校准和预防性维护。

• Perform installations with assistance, on designated and secondary modality. 能够在机器的指定模式和次要模式下，通过必要的帮助进行安装。

• Work safely in confined area. 能够在密闭空间中安全工作，所以必须具有良好的深度感知能力。

• Work safely on Elekta’s full range of products including medical devices producing high-energy ionizing radiation. 能够安全地操作医科达全系产品，包括那些会产生高强度电离辐射的医疗器械。

• Parts inventory management both on site and in CLM. 管理CLM系统中和现场的零件库存。

任职需求：

1. 2-5 years of experience in customer services field. 3-7年的客户服务领域工作经验。

2. Good English speaking. 良好的英语交流能力.

3. Good analytical, problem-solving and technical skills to be effective. 良好的分析、解决问题能力及娴熟的专业技术。

4. Major in engineering, Industrial Automation/Electrical & Power Engineering is preferred. 毕业于工程、工业自动化/电气与动力工程等相关专业的优先。
