Role description:
The Offline Application Specialist works within the Support and Service Monitoring organization carrying out technical and communication tasks. This is 5*8 support function and provides telematics tech-related service to our global customers.
Personal skills needed
Competence Requirements:
Good knowledge in Linux systems
Basic Knowledge in DB
Knowledge of ITIL and SLA

Wireless Car Service:
This role will belong to the Support and Service Monitoring organization which is delivering telematics services through application and infrastructure operation to a number of car brands. The Support and Service Monitoring organization team is represented at 3 sites (Gothenburg, US and Beijing). You will be part of a global organization that delivers Telematics solutions to our customers across 50+ countries. Important elements of the position are good communication and understanding basic Linux environment. Understanding of Telematics and communication over mobile networks is an advantage.
