Responsibilities:

1. Provide product solution and proposal to internal colleagues and external customers

2. Conduct technical trainings on Lubricants and company products to sales teams, distributors and customers.

3. Collect and analyze the competitor’s products and the specifications, and the information such as label, package, brochure, leaflet and so on. Collect enough market info to related department and build up competitor product data base at regional level

4. Organize and participate company seminars and other activities as technical expert, and give professional speech

5. Provide technical service in oil testing and analysis and prepare reports

6. Help the Technical manager in introducing new products, updating related information on products and standards

7. Work closely with sales team, to ensure successful application of company products

8. Handle customer complaint and help customer to resolve technical problems

9. Follow closely company strategy and push new product’s development and assist sales team to develop new channel or distributors

Qualifications/Experience required:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical, machinery engineering, familiar with Lubricant Industry is preferred.

2. Strong technical or technical service or product research background, lubricants or Auto industry will be a plus

3. Minimum 3 years work experience in lubricant industry experience

4. Self-driven/motivated with strong desire to succeed, mature, initiative, independent

5. Fluent English in both oral and writing, and excellent presentation skill

6. Good in analysis and number oriented

7. Able to work under pressure
