岗位职责：

To eliminate all abnormalities and ensure 100% delivery on time to customers;

保证向客户连续稳定的供货，实现100%的OTD，及时处理供货环节的各种异常；

To enhance suppliers management to ensure 100% delivery on time;

加强对供应商的管理，保证供应商交货的准时和准确，持续改进供应商OTP；

To be responsible for reasonable safety stock definition and ITR improvement;

负责零件及成品安全库存的合理设置，在保证稳定生产的同时，提高库存周转率;

To be responsible for stock counting and management to guarantee stock accuracy;

负责公司零件和成品的盘点和管理工作，保证库存的准确率；

To do continuous improvement for cost reduction of freight, premium freight, recycle bin and duty;

对运输费用、异常运费、周转器具费用、关税等进行持续改进，以降低各项成本；

To be responsible for budget estimating, control and follow up;

负责物流部门相关预算的制定、控制及跟踪工作；

To ensure good relationship with customers and improve customers satisfaction;

负责同客户建立良好的关系，确保客户满意度；

To prepare and submit KPI results and reports of logistics department;

负责各种物流相关指标及报告的完成和提交；

To be responsible for drawing up, implementation, checking and update of BPR and standards;

负责物流相关的各种程序文件和标准的制定、实施、检查和更新；

To define responsibility for team members and reasonable work assignment;

负责对部门员工职责的定义以及合理的分工；

To continuous coach, train and develop team members;

持续地教导、培训和发展员工；

Responsible for carry out all EHS system and MAGNA group EHS policies at Logistic Department;

负责EHS相关体系及MAGNA集团EHS政策方针在物流部的推行实施；

Achieve other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above and major in engineer related.

本科或以上学历，工科类专业；

Over 5 years related working experience including 3 years above management role.

五年以上相关工作经验，三年以上管理岗位；

Foreign capital AUTO experience is preferred, familiar with AUTO TS16949 quality system.

外资汽车行业背景为佳，熟悉T16949质量管理体系要求；

Familiar with SAP system, Familiar with office software.

熟悉SAP系统,熟练使用Office软件；

Basic knowledge in Finance field. Professional knowledge in logistics, import & export business and sales.

一定的财务相关知识、物流知识、进出口业务知识和销售知识；

Good English skill

英文水平良好
