REPORTS TO:  General Manager

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure the manufacturing of all valve products in compliance with applicable industrial regulations, codes, standards, Engineering procedures and customer specifications.

·         Develop and implement work procedures and instructions, design tooling and improve manufacturing process to increase productivity and decrease costs.

·         Conduct product failure analysis, initiate and implement corrective & preventive actions and measures to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

·         Manage capital and facility projects related to valve manufacturing and tests, and valve certification programs by local and international institutions.

·         Provide technical support, product training to sales and marketing.

·         Liaise with relevant functional departments in the headquarters, and

·         Other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

·         University degree in engineering (mechanical, manufacturing or instrumentation).

·         At least 5 years production and engineering experience with valve manufacturer.

·         Extensive knowledge of valve design calculations, manufacturing, sizing, installation, maintenance, testing & repair.

·         Familiar with the codes related to valve industry, such as NB, , , ASME, , PED, and Chinese standards.

·         Good knowledge of AUTOCAD and PC Software.

·         Good command of English in reading and writing.
