职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Developing, implementing and achieving channel team work target and plan according to the company and department development strategy.
根据公司和部门发展策略,制定,实施并达成渠道团队的工作目标和计划。
2. Developing and perfecting channel team organization structure, formulating personnel development planning, team management and construction.
发展和完善渠道团队的组织架构,制定人员发展计划,管理并建设团队。
3. Developing and perfecting channel management system, optimize the work process.
发展和完善渠道各项渠道管理制度,优化各项工作流程。
4. According to the company and regional market development strategy, planning and constructing channels, optimizing the dealer system, managing and training distributors and end customers.
根据公司和区域市场发展策略,规划和建设渠道,优化经销商体系,管理并培训经销商及其终端客户。
5. Properly solving the channel conflict by the excellent communication skills and negotiation skills. Establishing and maintaining the good market reputation and credibility for the company.
通过熟练的沟通能力和谈判技巧妥善解决渠道冲突,建立和维护公司良好的市场口碑和信誉。
6. Collecting, summarizing, and timely feedback internal and external information. Construction and management for internal and external information feedback channel and market information archives.
收集、汇总、并及时反馈内外部信息,建设管理内外部信息反馈渠道和市场信息档案。
7. Optimizing channel price system and implementing the various price policy according to the overall price strategy, optimizing sales and profits space.
根据公司整体价格策略,优化渠道价格体系和制定实施各项价格政策,优化销售和利润空间。
8. Planning, formulating and implementing the products and product promotion plan according to the company and the region products and product line development strategy.
根据公司及区域产品和产品线发展策略,在渠道内规划、制定并实施产品及产品线推广计划。
9. Formulating annual budget. Auditing, implementing and optimizing the budget expenditure.
制定全年预算,审核、实施和优化各项预算开支。
10. Including, but not limited to above responsibilities.

Requirements:
1. Medical college degree or above, majoring in clinical laboratory science, medicine, biology or related field will be preferred.
大学本科及以上学历,检验医学、生物技术、生物工程、医药学等相关专业。
2. At least ten-year related channel work experience in the medical diagnostic field, work experience in medical reagent and instrument field will be preferred.
10年以上诊断试剂行业渠道相关工作经验。
3. At least five-years channel team manager experience.
5年以上渠道团队管理经验。
4. Middle oral and fluent written English;
良好的英文口语及书写能力。
5. Familiar with Microsoft office.
熟练使用计算机办公软件。
6. Integrity, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation;
诚实正直、具有较强责任感及自我驱动感。
7. Excellent time, planning, project management and report skills;
