? Responsible for whole Screw Pump project management after receiving contract from customer until finished products delivery to customer.
? Project progress control to ensure QCD of the products.
? Lead screw pump project kick off meeting with Sales, Application, Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Production, Quality, Testing after customer order intake. Participate the kickoff meeting with customer together with sales for some mega project as required in customer PO.
? Monitor purchasing & production plan, documentation submission and ensure that purchasing, production and documentation submission are conforming to the project schedule.
? Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality and Testing Rig to arrange resource to achieve project time schedule requirement.
? Daily review and update projects’ progress. Monthly Report for global projects and key domestic projects.
? Generate, track and maintain open issue list, work with project related departments to coordinate cross-function activities and lead to quick response to customer’s issue resolution and operation fulfillment commitment.
? Other duties as assigned.


任职要求：
? Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related major.
? More than 5 years project management experience in non-standard mechanical products.
? Foreign enterprise working background in mechanical area.
? Familiar with ERP system like SAP, QAD, Oracle etc.
? Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
? Good computer skill such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
