Responsible for all equipment installations, modifications, and engineering project management assigned by Manager, Engineering.

1.Project management responsibilities:

a) Preliminary evaluation;

b) Project design;

c) Cost estimation;

d) Capital project development;

e) Bid evaluation;

f) Project scheduling and coordination;

g) Installation and debugging.

2. Engineering responsibilities:

a) Plant process flow evaluation and recommendations;

b) Plant equipment evaluation and recommendations;

c) Equipment modifications;

d) Contractor coordination;

e) Outside support contract coordination;

f) Drawing modification and updating;

g) Plant shutdown planning and coordination;

h) Plant technical support and troubleshooting;

i) Technical service coordination;

j) Future plant needs evaluation;

3. Responsible for training full-time employees, contractors, and agency employees.

4. Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.

Position requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or a combination of formal education and/or training with comparable work experience is required.

2. 5-7 years-experience in project management and industrial background in equipment installations/modifications, troubleshooting, maintenance support, and design/application feasibility.

3. Ability to be on call and available to come in during non-regular working ours to assist in emergencies and/or special projects.
