1. Set up, implement and maintain quality management system to ensure the compliance with the requirements of ISO/TS16949 and customers

2. Prepare annual audit plan for management system and organization and implementation of the audit

3. Coordinate with external auditor to ensure audit activity process smoothly

4. Review result of the internal/external audit and follow up action plan

5. Keep and update all the system documents

6. Participate evaluation of supplier quality system and act as auditor in the process

7. Work with departments on correction items and continuous improvement

8. Provide training on management system inside plant

9. Participate in system evaluation for new projects and quality improving

10. Support EHS and 5S activities

11. Support global internal audit or improvement activity

12. In charge of monitor audit in China region and push non conforming items improvement .

13. Coordinate QBIC fast response and internal audit , monitor the status and share the information with management team.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor or higher degree in science/engineering related fields

2. More than 3 years experience in quality system management, automotive background is preferred

3. Deep understanding of ISO9000, ISO/TS16949 standard and internal system and process auditor certificate

4. Able to combine system with process and train others on system

5. Familiar with EHS system and related regulations is preferred

6. Fluent oral and written English

7. Good communication skill and be able to face challenge .
