职位描述
Lead the DSU Digital Hub in Beijing managing a local team across the domains of Consumer facing Digital and eCommerce Innovation and Solution delivery.
- Hub Operations and Organization: Lead the DSU Hub Operations across Innovation, Leverage/Implement & Sustain. Ensures day to day operations in the DSU Hub, including people management, career development, budget & logistics. Accountable for the quality of services delivered through the hub in line with strategy/priorities established by the HQ. Accountable for the liaison and building synergies with NIM organization in the hosted market (leverages local Admin team comprised of HR, FC and logistic specialists for daily operations support). Implement ways of working to facilitate the matrix organization and communication with teams in Headquarters. Optimize organization and processes to ensure flawless execution of projects and full alignment across hub teams and with Headquarters. Foster team spirit and stable organization with low churn rates within the new hires. Ensure career management plans and role rotations are put in place in the DSU Hub to ensure retention of top talent
- DSU regional delivery roadmap: Aligned with DSU priorities, Markets/SBUs/GMBs demands (Joint Business Plans) and Zone priorities define the delivery roadmap for the region considering available DSU capacity. Assess local needs and take care change management to ensure a smooth transition to global compliant by design solution in a spirit of standardizing, simplifying and sharing opportunities. Contribute to the elimination of legacy solution. Stop local RFPs.
- Above-the-Market Direct-to-Consumer operations: Act as a point of escalation for Market. Ensure the delivery of Digital Marketing and eCommerce guidelines, toolkits as well as DSU best practices. Accountable of operational Service Reviews with Markets and ensure adequate communication to Markets. Align LGO Digital Champions on their roles and identify opportunities to leverage expertise in the regional hub to provide regional operational services. Align the eBusiness (Brands, Comm, eCommerce) on ways on common ways of working and leverage opportunities across markets (digital decoupling, key digital partners, ...)
- Innovation: Leverage methodologies from the SVIO like design thinking, business canvas. Propose and run hackathon if needed. Leverage the platform for working with external innovators
Requirement
- Mid level to senior business background and Multi-market experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project and team management
- Proven ability to drive and define new concepts and projects
- Demonstrated experience with innovation projects: R&D, entrepreneurship
- Demonstrated team and/or project management – including agile/SCRUM technical methodologies for rapid prototyping, development, and/or product management
- Experienced in requirements gathering and ability to translate between business and technical terminology. I.e. "bridge the gap"
- Creative thinker with demonstrated ability to creatively "connect the dots" between a business need and potential offered by a particular technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and ability to work with many people, teams and situations.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and lead teams of a cross-functional nature
- Experience managing technology projects (examples - software delelopment, solution configuration, testing, etc).
- Prior experience with design-thinking, lean startup, business model canvas, SCRUM/agile design methologies, user experience design, or entrepreneurship are viewed as beneficial, differentiating attributes for a successful candidate.
- Clear understanding of digital marketing concepts and associated technical domains
- Able to effectively communicate, report clearly and confidently to key stakeholders - including senior executive leadership (EBM), develop materials and lead workshops/briefings
- Experience with company’s tools and systems required for planning, management, budgeting, expense tracking, HR, etc.
