工作内容：
Commercial IO is an operation unit of Amphenol Commercial Products, as it develops and manufactures interconnect solutions for the server/storage, data telecom, industrial, and automotive infotainment markets. The product range includes modular jack, USB, internal miniSAS, filtered or non-filtered d-sub, waterproof -IO, mini-power, header, etc.


The EMS Specialist will be providing business development and marketing supports to the AICC Sales, key customers, and/or FAEs to ensure smooth running of production of CMIO parts, to phase-in new projects, and to maximize business revenue. The coverage will principally include Foxconn and the other assigned EMS customers. She will interface with various customer departments, including but not limited to, Sourcing, Purchasing, Forecasting, Supplier Quality and Account Payable.

Key performance index are (1) new parts successfully introduced to production and

(2) growth of revenue, and (3) if any, supplier performance scorecard.


THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE AND

BEHAVBOR:

1.Familiar with the operational, forecasting procedures and process, quality standards of Foxconn. She ideally should have hand-on relationships with key Foxconn contacts, possibly as well as other Tier 1 EMS contacts.

2.Tolerance to work across international cultures developing strong interpersonal contacts and commitments. Ability to work collaboratively with customers and colleagues in stressful situations, while providing professional and courteous expertise.

3.Habit of persevering to complete objectives on time, with quality thought and execution. Able to quickly summarize and report project progress quantitatively and with in-depth details within aggressive time frames.


4.Ability to think creatively, logically, and independently to solve problems encountered in customers’ manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, regulatory compliance and quality functions.

5.Selfstarter. Strong initiative. Performs duties with positive enthusiasm and influential skills. Strong work ethic. Willing to commit necessary time to achieve objectives. Flexible to work early mornings, late nights, or weekends as dictated by the workload and opportunity.

6.Willing to travel to customer sites throughout China to close issues, maybe with minimal notice provided.

7.Good English verbal and written communication skills. 5 years’ work experience in similar executive positions in the target customers with a bachelor degree in business or engineering disciplines.

8.Understanding of the connector standards and processes.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1.Facilitate regular new project reviews with Sales/GPMs to ensure our offering of solutions in timely manner.

2.Drives internal CMIO resources to deliver timely response to customers, enabling high customer satisfaction and production-win of new projects.

3.Actively works with customers and AICC Sales, in order to meet customer sourcing, qualification testing, and sampling requirements and deadlines.

4.Collection, analysis and reporting of key business and forecasting metrics of responsible customers. Advocate competition situation in regular basis.

5.Lead the formulation of customer-based and project-based annual budget and monthly forecasts for the responsible customers.

6.Ownership of meeting business targets of the responsible customers and executing new projects.

7.Supports North America and Europe transferred business opportunities.

8.Facilitate corrective and preventive compliance actions of quality related issues to be delivered to customers in timely manner.

9.Visit responsible customers and identify new business opportunities with Sales and/or FAEs, to promote CMIO products and create applications to support incremental growth.

10.Other job-related responsibilities and duties will be assigned from time to time.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel.
