Analyst - Integrated Client Services, Corporate Solutions

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist account Director/Manager in managing all aspects of client real estate assignments, including review material specifications and liaison with client and internal services lines to support for on-going projects

- Prepare portfolio analysis and tactical recommendations to support client decision making and the advancement of strategic real estate directives; Organize the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages

- Gather supporting documentation to coordinate with brokers and different service lines in Greater China Region

- Coordinate complex on/offsite meetings. Including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and arranging travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.

- Update and maintain various information and property portfolio real estate databases.

- Generate standard and ad hoc reports as required by account Director/Manager and client

- Track project status and handle internal process and administration

- Assist account Directors in managing all aspects of new client assimilation and portfolio due diligence process, including lease administration & portfolio reporting across the Greater China wide

- Attend client status meetings and client prospecting presentations

- Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor degree in Real Estate or equivalent courses. 2-3 years Real Estate firm experience is preferred, or equivalent from 3-year college required with 3-5 years’ experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals;

- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease.

- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Powerpoint, Excel, Word, internet research and Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point).

- Result oriented.
