Job responsibilities:

· Act as IT contact to compliance department for all local regulators related issues.

· Support audit work from Internal and external audit by providing requested IT information and follow up on audit results to ensure there are no further issues.

· Communicate with the local regulators and foreign institutions for ad hoc IT report requirements.

· Perform necessary IT assessment and provide report to relevant institutions with coordination with IT teams in collecting all necessary information.

· Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the application design, development, enhancement and implementation of organizational information core systems and new software applications based on business strategy.

· Communication with business departments to analyze and evaluate business requirements, determine system requirements, evaluate potential solutions, select outsourcing vendors and managing vendor team based on IT internal and external regulations in order to optimize company business processes.

· Head, prepare and analyze plans and requirements for different projects.

· Develop, maintain and regularly review all relevant system documentations to ensure quality of daily operations.

· Recommend enhancements and changes to specifications, procedures, processes and tools.

· Collaborate with internal project team members, outsourced technical developers, Infrastructure team and external vendors in order to implement the best system solutions for AFC business.

· Coordinate activities by assigning tasks, supervising work progress, setting priorities, and establishing processes and standards to ensure quality output is received from team.

· Design application support model and monitoring on the service level agreed with external venders, review service level KPI with vendors in regular basis.

· Define the incident handling process, and track and identify the root cause on critical incident with improvement plan suggested.

· When incident occurs, maintain strong customer relationship by consistently communication during entire incident and problem resolution.

· Provide training to all relevant employees on system usage and develop new training when required.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

· Good knowledge in Banking and Risk Management, be familiar with local authorities and banking related regulations. Be proficient in IT security and risk management.

· 10 years of experience in managing application solution or delivery teams.

· Knowledge of common application development platform, Oracle database, Citrix, web service, SDLC, ITIL, PMP etc.

· Knowledge or experience of Automotive Finance (Retail or Wholesales) is a plus.
