Main Responsibilities
1.Lead & develop team of business analysts.
2.Analyze & overview performance of whole sales network in China.
3.Identify pain points using analytics tool & propose solutions .
4.Act as business partner to senior sales managers .
5.Lead ad-hoc complex analyses for top management .
6.Use data for improvement of whole business in China .
Requirements
1.University degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance.
2.Experience in analytics / consulting 5 Years+.
3.Managerial experience 2 Years+.
4.Advanced SQL, MS Excel + some BI tool d. Experience with predictive modelling.
5.Experience with SAS EM, E-views, Matlab or similar tools .
6.Fluent English.
