? 通过熟悉产品系列、积极宣传宜家商业重点和销量承诺,最大限度地增加销量和盈利。
? 迅速应对商业机会和顾客反馈,积极关注竞争、供应和业绩分析。
? 熟悉产品系列,展示丰富多样的宜家产品系列及其丰富多样的细分产品,以满足顾客要求并刺激他们的购买欲望。
? 确保店面在任何时候都整洁有序、存货充足,以便顾客能够做出自己的购买决策。
? 营造互相信任的工作环境,鼓励团队成员和其他同事形成坦诚、有建设性的双向沟通。向员工提供富于感召和激励的指导,让他们全身心地为宜家目标而奋斗。

ABOUT THE JOB I optimise sales in my shop by leading and inspiring my team, using knowledge of our range, local market and customers. I use the IKEA tools and expertise of my team and my colleagues to support me. This enables the IKEA mechanical sales system to work efficiently, and ensures the continued success of the IKEA Concept

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
? Optimising sales and profitability by taking ownership of the range and actively promoting the IKEA commercial priorities and volume commitments.
? Acting quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback, as well as keeping an active eye on competition, supply and performance analysis.
? Knowing your range and presenting the width and depth of the IKEA range in order to satisfy and inspire visitors.
? Ensuring that the shop is in excellent shape and fully stocked at all times so that customers can make a buying decision on their own.
? Create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with my team and other colleagues while providing an inspiring and motivating direction for co-workers and engaging them fully in the IKEA objectives.
YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
? You have an interest in home furnishing and people’s everyday life at home.
? You are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team.
? You have experience of actively selling through understanding your customers and their needs.
? You are good at prioritising and organising your work and the work of others using commercial priorities in order to make the most efficient use of time available.
? You have a proven record as a problem-solver and a decision-maker who excels in a fast-paced retail environment.
