1.负责质量管理部工作，督促各部门和岗位人员执行药品经营管理的法律法规及GSP规范，落实法规规定的质量管理部职责；

2.组织修订质量管理体系文件，并指导、监督文件的执行；

3.负责对供货单位和购货单位的合法性、购进药品的合法性以及供货单位销售人员、购货单位采购人员的合法资格进行审核；

4.指导并监督药品采购、销售、第三方药品物流等环节的质量管理工作；

5.负责不合格药品的确认，对不合格药品的处理过程实施监督；负责假劣药品的报告，负责药品不良反应的报告；

6.负责药品召回和追回的管理；

7.负责公司质量管理体系的内部评审和风险评估的实施；

8.参与由业务部门组织的对采购药品整体情况进行综合质量评审。

任职资格：

1. 大专学历及以上学历；

2、熟悉新版GSP要求并有执业药师证书；

3、熟悉国家相关药品管理法律法规；

4、具备一定的组织协调能力和执行力。
