Job Accountabilities:
Overall
? Build relationships with local sub branches management and store staff
? Work with MM team to ensure your doors are driving comp up and inventory turns at least three times ayear
? Track top style assortment effectiveness and roll learnings back up to HQ AE team
? Be the voice in the market for our centralization strategy [assortment, door process, account operations, OTB]
Pre-season Sell in
? Prepare and lead business/category review meetings with the respective Branch office to prepare for new seasonal sell-in
? Validate the seasonal future targets for local branch by category/retail format and translate number by door.
? Execute the sell-in process at CSI for the area account branch and doors
? Ensure 100% adoption of the national agreed assortments for new retail concepts for each of the doors
? Review the seasonal door orders and revise where needed. Report back to SAM and Category Managers in HQ
? Ensure the right orders are in the system for order book review and for final order deadline
? Own the seasonal assortment plans for Sub Partners. Present the edited assortment and ensures orders are timely in the system for subpartners
? Hind and foresighting on category/retail format results by door back to SAM and Category Managers in HQ team
In-season Execute the plan and drive refill process
? Track top style assortment effectiveness and rolls up learnings back to HQ AE team and COE HQ team
? Prepare and lead business/category review meetings [by door] to prepare for new seasonal sell-in
? Drive comp based on recommendations from the business planners and Market place management team
? Execute seasonal OTB plans with the account and territories. Ensure the ordered assortment gets delivered to the door and executed according to playbook guidelines.
? Own the replenishment and refill process in-season. Set up with your MM Executive a process to track refill opportunities. Work with the branch office to track and identify in season fill-in opportunities. Follow through on the fill-in order up to delivery in the door. Work with the MM Account Executive to track fill-in opportunities in each of the doors.
? Work with Account Operations and the branch to ensure the right products/sizes are reallocated to the doors that need refill.
? Ensure the doors execute end of season markdown in a designated area of the door. Work with the SAM and MM Manager to agree on the right Mark down plan [% and assortment to mark down]
? Work in tandem with the MM Account executive to identify new door opportunities and ensure these are channeled to the Account HQ team
Job Qualifications:
? Selling experience
? Extensive knowledge of Nike product, market and consumer with extensive knowledge of competitive market and retail trends
? Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations
? Solid understanding of sales programs, policies and procedures
? High level of retailer business operations and retail math
? Proven track record of problem resolution with complex business issues
? In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and business planning
? Development of seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans
? Ability to persuade and influence people to take desired action
? Exceptional communication skills
