ROLE PURPOSE: 责任范围：

Responsible for account management, improve client satisfaction, hunter for more orders while developing client loyalty.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 主要职责：

• Maintain a good relationship with clients, monitor all actions for the clients’ fleet on daily base, and take necessary actions.

  维护好现有客户，日常监控客户车队，并采取相应措施

• Develop the potential of existing clients, obtain the quotation from the support team, and finalize a new order with clients.

  进一步挖掘现有客户的需求，从销售支持那里取得报价，完成新订单

• Develop new client.

  开发新客户

• Control the accounts receivable, trying to shorten the payment period.

  控制应收账款，努力缩短到账周期

• To be the interface between clients and account team

  做好客户与运营团队的良好沟通

• Prepare the Fleet Review

  准备车队报告

• Visit the existing clients and make the visit report

  拜访现有客户并完成拜访报告

• Manage and solve the complains

  处理和解决投诉

• Receive all inbound calls from clients

  接听所有客户电话

• Improve the existing contract renewal rate

  提升现有客户的续签率

• Ensure quotes, orders and client are well followed up and all information is logged in systems and update the information

  确保报价，订单和客户被很好的关注，所有信息都录入系统并及时更新系统数据

• Carry out other tasks assigned by the superiors

  完成领导交办的其他任务。

  QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  资格，技能，知识与经验

  Education: Advanced (minimal)-Bachelor (preferential) 教育：高等（至少）－学士学位（优先）

  Preferably knowledge of English, oral and written.

  英语口语和书写好的优先

  TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
