1. 与生产准备部的其他员工共同合作，定期向部门主管汇报工作

2.技术设备的详细计划（除了测量及检测设备）以及控制相关的供应计划

3. 执行新项目运行（负责设备启动及过程可靠性），负责SOP后工艺文件的更新，如过程流程图和PFMEA、控制计划及相应的作业指导书

4. 协调生产准备部文件汇编，制定详细计划和有效的工作条款

5. 执行夹具和加工刀具的详细计划，负责生产现场工艺、工装、刀具的持续改进，参与异常情况的原因分析。协助生产经理对刀具外包商的管理。

6. 根据（领导层）的决策草案，制定用于确定单一和整体工艺

7. 以合适的形式（标准化）制定、维护、存档和改善数控程序，对生产流程计划，周期，空档时间等负责

8. 采购过程的技术支持

9. 执行从项目到生产部门的一个有结构的交接过程，包括所有对生产部（TMF）的必要培训

10. 在顾及技术运作的同时，去主持和视化这个过程，并联合合作伙伴，咨询人和供应商（例如特别的刀具、夹具），对一个持续优化的流程负责

11. 展示和图示化整体工艺结构

12.负责持续优化用于生产部工艺组-生产工艺专业的计算机系统

13. 需要时协助生产部工艺组主管协调生产

任职资格：

· 机械、自动化、生产制造、设备维护等相关专业的本科以上学历

· 具备切削基本知识

· 具备刀具技术基本知识

· 具备质量要求基本知识

· 能够读懂技术图纸

· 具备数控机床控制的基础知识（Siemens 840D）

· 具备测量基本知识（测量-和检测方法及测量机器）
