Job Description/职位描述:

1) Provide support for Supplier delivery Booking include: E-mail and Booking document check to ensure supplier booking and information is right

供应商交货入库预约：审核邮件及预约单，确保供应商相关预约信息的准确性

2) Supplier Booking e-mail feedback on time after check

对供应商交货入库的预约申请做出及时回复

3) Support SM Brand Goods Supplier to apply EEM No. with Moscow EEM Team before goods arrival

货物到仓前，协助sportmaster货品供应商在EEM系统里申请EEM No.

4) Create VP No. for Ostin and Sportmaster private label supplier to ensure Inbound activity accurate and on time

为sportmaster以及ostin自有品牌供应商创建VP No.,确保货品能准确及时入库

5) Set up new supplier information in supplier list

为新供应商创建、更新相关信息

6) Remind and Follow up supplier delivery performance (on time and accurate )together with purchasing team

与品类部门协作，跟进供应商的交货状态（准确、准时）

7) Inform DC daily Inbound task

告知仓库每日的入库任务

8) Supplier issue highlight on time

及时解决供应商提出的问题

9) Support planning manager to help supplier understand our Inbound request and execute smoothly

协助计划经理让供应商更好的了解公司的入库要求，提高入库效率

10) Store return (Season Return and Non season return )document check

审核门店返仓相关文件（季度性返仓及非季度性返仓）

11) Store return Booking e-mail feedback on time after check

对门店返仓入库的预约申请做出及时回复

12) Inbound activity data recording

入库相关数据的录入

13) Booking file maintain on time and accurate

预约相关文件的及时归档和保存

14) 3PL warehouse movement document prepare and check

准备并审核第三方物流仓库需要的文件

15) System ability request (create movement order , return to Russia order, and create picking task)

系统操作（创建移货、退货以及捡货任务订单）

16) Other job request

Competence /要求:

1) Excellent office software ability

优秀的办公软件运用能力

2) English ability: writing and reading ability at least, If familiar with Russia will be good

良好的英语能力：须具备英语读写能力，若懂得俄语优先考虑

3) 2-3 years planning experience either in logistic or plant

2-3年物流、工厂相关的计划工作经验

4) Carefully character and like to work with all kinds of data sheet

5) Good communication ability
