Competences neede
? Knowledge and at least 3 year’s experience working under standard ISO9001. 具有ISO9001知识和运用ISO9001至少3年的经验
? Knowledge and experience at least 3 years working under standard EN-1090. 具有EN-1090知识和运用EN-1090至少3年的经验
? Knowledge and experience working under standard ISO3834. 具有和运用ISO3834的经验
? Knowledge in galvanize, welding and machining process for steel and aluminum. 熟悉钢和铝的焊接、热镀锌及加工工艺等过程
? It will be valued positively the knowledge in Internal Parts for wind industry. 在风电行业塔内件方面有相关的认识和了解。
Competent in reading and interpreting English language drawings and specifications. 能阅读和解释英文图纸和规范。
? Competent in using measuring equipment / tools.主管测量设备和检测工具的校验
? Competent in recording measuring results and in segregate the NOK parts. 主管测量结果的记录和不良品的区分

Line responsibilities
? SQE for Internals for China refers to the QHSE Manager for Internals in AWS CN.
Function responsibilities
? Travel visiting and auditing Avanti suppliers, for Internals parts. 出差审核公司供应商
? Obtain a complete knowledge of all the critical processes performed by our suppliers. 审核和获知供应商关键过程
? Participate, when it’s required, in the homologation of new suppliers or in periodical visits, giving support to Operations. 支持运营，对新供应商的认证和定期互访
? Conduct In-progress and final inspections in the suppliers’ facilities keeping record of them. 对供应商审核过程和最终检查，保留记录
Audit the process of the suppliers in order to detect any deviation and work with them to correct these deviations. 对供应商过程进行审核，以便发现任何偏差，并对这些偏差进行纠正。
Elaborate a report of each audit and/or visit. 详细阐述每一次审核和或访问的报告。
? Avoid defective parts are sent from the supplier to Avanti. 避免从供应商处发出有缺陷的零部件
? Guarantee the Quality in the suppliers’ process and in all the parts manufactured for Avanti. Make sure that these parts fulfil Avanti specifications. 确保供应商为我公司生产的所有零部件的质量。确保供应商供应的零部件满足我公司的要求。
? Make sure that the suppliers are working according the required standards in each specific case. 确保供应商按照标准执行
? Record in the System the non-conformities open to the supplier and will follow-up the actions. 在系统中记录供应商的不合格，并后续跟踪。
