General Responsibilities:
- Implement Finance policy and internal compliance standard 执行企业财务制度和内控标准
- Facilitate daily work process within Finance department 实施财务部日常工作流程
- Provide accurate & timely financial data before deadline 保证财务数据的准确性和及时性
- Monitor and review employee and office expenses for accuracy and completeness 监督和审核员工和办公室费用，保证正确性和完整性
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Be quite familiar with DSV Financial Menu and know well about the correct method of accounting settlement 清晰认知DSV Financial Menu，掌握所有账务处理正确方式；
- Review results of each finance links and make sure accuracy of financial data 参照Financial Menu，检查财务各环节操作，确保财务准确率；　
- Monitor and review employee and office expenses for accuracy and completeness 监督和审核员工和办公室费用，保证正确性和完整性
- SG&A expense checking and booking 销售管理和行政费用的审核和账务处理
- Prepare monthly expense reimbursement and double check relative supporting documents 费用报销审核
- Cash advance control and management 预借现金的控制和管理
- VAT invoices certification and related job 增值税发票认证及相关工作
- Support and coordinate with internal & external audit 协调内外部审计支持
- Support other routine task assigned by finance manager 完成上级交给的其他日常事务性工作
- To take on special projects as needed 其他项目的参与
Requirement:
Microsoft Office 微软操作系统
Outstanding Mandarin; Familiar with Chinese Finance and Economy laws and provisions, tax policy and book keeping standards 熟悉国家财经法律法规和税收政策及相关账务处理方法
Junior College / Bachelor degree of accounting/finance or above
财务专业专科/本科毕业
At least 2 years accounting working experiences 2年以上财务工作经验
Independent, outstanding flexibility, high team work spirit. 独立工作能力强，应变能力突出，具备团队精神
Fluent spoken& written English 良好的英文口头及书面表达能力
