职位描述
I. Brief Description
This position is to drive business and serve customers efficiently to enable growth for APL, reporting to Business Intelligence and Process Manager. Be responsible to collaborate with Greater China commercial team for social media development (WeChat, etc) and relevant marketing activities/E-commerce program, to build competitive advantage for APL service.
II. Key Result Areas
Build competitive advantage for APL service through local social media /marketing /E-commerce related development and maintenance
Improve customer satisfaction to feel easy of doing business with APL
Promote APL brands and business for growth in Greater China
III. Key Accountabilities/Duties
Collaborate with Greater China commercial team to dig out needs/opportunity to improve customer satisfaction via e-channel (local social media/marketing/e-commerce, etc)
Be in charge of local social media (WeChat, etc) development, maintenance and publish, to meet the target
Be familiar with marketing strategy and responsible for local marketing activities to promote APL brand and business
Coordinate with SIN HQ and Greater China commercial team to implement E-commerce related project
As daily interaction point on local social media related program (WeChat, etc) to ensure valuable customer experience
Analyse operational result for local social media/marketing/e-commerce related program and provide regular feedback report
Manage projects to be on track and progress to the successful result
Handle other adhoc tasks assigned by superiors.
IV. Incumbent specification
Education:Bachelor degree
Experiences:Minimum 2-3 years working experience in local social media (WeChat) company, preferably 1-2 years with experience in shipping industry
Skill Sets:Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Desired competencies (typical):
Good understanding of Shipping/Logistics Industry in China, with marketing concept to promote APL brands and business
Strong operational skills on local social media (WeChat), and related IT knowledge
Good command of written and verbal English, especially good in writing for official statement in English/Mandarin
Time management
Desired competencies (nice to have):
Innovative, analytical skills, enthusiasm for work
