Plan/carry out & evaluate laboratory trials.

1. Carry out product & process development of newly developed or upgraded products,Initiating laboratory trials.

2. taking account of environmental, safety, occupational safety and industrial hygiene regulations.

3. Cooperating in selecting suitable test methods.

Development and up-scaling of process methods to manufacture assigned products.

1. Initiating, evaluating the trials and conducting a meaningful analysis for the substances.

2. Devising trials for optimizing quality & yield, ensuring or documenting the trial results.

3. Secure stable and safe production processes. Assisting in performing them in production.

Management of the assigned products in the production plant.

1. Identify & optimize quality process parameters to achieve the necessary quality & cost-effectiveness targets.

2. Cooperate with production team to create needed SOP for production, establish stable process.

3. Ensure the further PD & archiving of the available product & process know-how for the responsible products.

Cooperate with M&S to support marketing.

1. Interpreting the results of laboratory trials for optimizing the desired application properties.

2. Assist in dealing with complaints & quality issues by employing product know-how & conducting suitable tests.

3. New product lab samples preparing for marketing development.

Technical qualification of relevant raw materials sources.

1. Establish evaluation methods of required raw materials by combining lab tests & production experience.

2. Select qualified suppliers in technical view.

3. Collect, evaluate & achive raw materials suppliers inf. to set up backup supplier for key materials.

Requirements

-Chemical Bachelor or above

-2 years or above in chemical lab , development position is preferred

-Fluent English

-Good communication

-Good learning capacity

-Full of research & study enthusiasm
