职位描述
Key Tasks
Operation:
1 Respond to the customer’s request for information such as CS process, customs requirements, PA policy, tracking & trace, etc.
2 Implement new business (check contract items, rates & supplier list and file SOP. Hold information meetings with involved parties to discuss and clarify process internally).
3 Identify opportunities for process improvement, conduct the update of SOP, and make quotation if any changes.
4 Handle complaints from customers and overseas and coordinate with local claims department.
5 Highlight or update any irregularities or problems to Superior for corrective action and measures.
6 Attend internal/external meetings and trainings if required.
7 Adhere to standard processes published in IMS.
8 Ensure all security requirements and procedures are met and adhered to.
9 Promote, present and adhere to Panalpina’s professionalism and policies at all times.
10 Back up team members as required.
Sales:
1 Actively contact clients according to the customer list to create awareness of Panalpina within the customer organization and vice versa and generate new business.
2 Follow up the allocated Sales Leads concerning the pool of allocated clients and generate Sales Leads for overseas to develop.
3 Inform clients and overseas of the special ad-hoc rates and available capacity by coordinating with Procurements, Sales and Operations
4 Prepare and send quotation to customers with the assistance of Sales Support according to the internal process for quotations.
5 Support Tender Management for RFQ & RFI.
6 Prepare and conduct sales visit (analyze customer, define objectives, meeting agenda, make presentation, etc) and summaize sales visit after sales activities (write meeting minutes, CRM update, follow up meetings by phone calls and/or emails)
7 Support CST (oversea visit) when necessary.
8 Show PA/Subcontractor facilities to clients when necessary.
9 Attend client events, entertain clients.
Decision Making Authority
All competences to fulfil the tasks above according to the guidelines from and in collaboration with the superior.
1 Functional experience in logistic/forwarding industry.
2 Sales and Customer Service skills.
3 Basic geography knowledge.
4 Comprehensive understanding of PA (company policy, structure, strategy and products)

Educational background / Work experience
1 Bachelor degree.(Sales or Marketing revelant education background)
2 At least 1 year forwarding or revelant industry working experience.

1 Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Computer Literacy
High competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
