1.Be in charge of quality activity organization and coordination , ensure that quality management system operation in effective.

2.Internal customer complaint & NCR deal with in time, make the corrective & preventive action and follow-up survey & verification continually.
负责内部客户抱怨和反馈问题的处理，制定整改措施，并跟踪、验证措施的有效性。
3.Quality cost statistics and control.
负责公司内质量成本的统计与控制。

4.Take part in the gauge design, responsible the gauge acceptance inspection.

参与检具设计，负责检具的验收及说明书的制定。
5.Responsible and provide engineering change support and prepare and update to documents.
负责和提供工程变更的支持及文件的准备、更新。
6.Prepares PPAP documents.
PPAP文件的准备。
7.Pre-Launch / early containment activity implementation and reports.
试生产和量产初期品质活动的策划和实施。
8.Responsible to quality management and promotion and assurance for the mass production.
量产产品的品质策划、管理、提升和保证。
9.Responsible quality data collect, analysis and correct action plan for the projects and mass production.
负责新项目和量产品的品质数据收集、分析与改善。
10.Responsible for the management and monitoring of N/C(internal), set up 8D and 5W reports.
负责不合格问题的管理和监控（工厂内部），制定8D及5W报告。
11.Responsible quality inspection specification training for production and QC.
负责对生产和检查员进行品质标准的培训。
12.Responsible set up the test plan, MSA plan, SPC plan, process audit plan, products audit plan and carry out all of the plans.
负责新项目和量产品产品实验计划、MSA计划、SPC计划、过程审核计划、产品审核计划的制定与实施。

13.Comply with Quality Manager arrange temporary or other work task.
服从领导安排临时或其他工作任务。

14.Skills requirements – 技能要求

At least 1 years working experiences on mechanical manufacture industry.一年以上机械制造行业相关工作经验。

15.Can be use English to working in daily (Written only ) .能够使用英语处理日常工作（书写能力满足即可）
