主要职责：

定期拜访和培训代理，维护良好合作关系：

开拓市场及开发新代理：

支持代理的各类市场活动，促进INTO和ISES项目招生工作：

及时向直线经理总结汇报市场动向：

运用有效数据和市场反馈，制定合适的市场推广计划：

职位要求：

具有海外留学行业工作经验；

流利的普通话及英语运用能力；

熟练运用常用办公软件基本功能；

良好的团队沟通和协调能力；

具有敏锐的销售意识；

具有独立工作能力和一定的自我调节抗压能力；

可接受出差。

工作地点：

薪资：

6000元-10000元（可面谈）

Position: Assistant Regional Manager

Key Accountabilities：

Regularly visit and train education agents to develop excellent working relationships;

Grow our business within your region and develop new agents;

Support our agents’ marketing activities to promote INTO and ISES programs and grow enrolments;

Report on market trends to your Line Manager;

Use data effectively to develop appropriate marketing plans.

Requirements:

Work experience in the overseas study industry;

Fluent in Mandarin and English;

Proficient in using Office software;

Good teamwork and communication skills;

Keen commercial awareness;

Able to perform independently and thrive under pressure;

Willingness to engage in business travel.

Location：

Beijing, Tianjin, Xi’an, Nanjing, Shenzhen
