职位描述：

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Receive new orders placed by client，request the relevant documentation from client.

接受客户的新订单，跟进客户提供必要的文件进行操作。

· Ensure that cargo is collected and ready for carriage.

保证货物准时到港。

· Ensure that cargo is correctly labeled, packaged and packed.

保证货物标签，包装方式正确。

· Arrange customs examinations when necessary. Prepare the cost sheet and invoice.

如有需要，安排海关检查并准备相关文件。

· Ensure delivery of invoice to client not later than 48 hours after invoice.

保证发票在48小时内寄出给客户。

· Follow up on payment of invoice by client.

跟进客户回款。

Requirements:

任职要求

· College or above

大专学历或以上

· Above one year working experience in international airfreight will be priority.

一年以上国际货代空运操作工作经验者优先.

· PC knowledge of Word, Excel & E-mail.

熟练使用WORD,EXCEL和Outlook.

· Good command on English in Email communication.

熟练使用英文进行邮件沟通。

· Good in communication, being initiative and careful.

良好的共同能力，积极主动和细心。

· Shift at weekend occasionally, if required.

必要时偶尔可能周末要上班，工作日调休。
