职位描述：

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive new orders placed by client，request the relevant documentation from client.

接受客户的新订单，跟进客户提供必要的文件进行操作。

Ensure that cargo is collected and ready for carriage.

保证货物准时到港。

Ensure that cargo is correctly labeled, packaged and packed.

保证货物标签，包装方式正确。

Arrange customs examinations when necessary. Prepare the cost sheet and invoice.

如有需要，安排海关检查并准备相关文件。

Ensure delivery of invoice to client not later than 48 hours after invoice.

保证发票在48小时内寄出给客户。

Follow up on payment of invoice by client.

跟进客户回款。

Requirements:

任职要求

College or above

大专学历或以上

Above one year working experience in international airfreight will be priority.

一年以上国际货代空运操作工作经验者优先.

PC knowledge of Word, Excel & E-mail.

熟练使用WORD,EXCEL和Outlook.

Good command on English in Email communication.

熟练使用英文进行邮件沟通。

Good in communication, being initiative and careful.

良好的共同能力，积极主动和细心。

Shift at weekend occasionally, if required.

必要时偶尔可能周末要上班，工作日调休。
