1. Job Descriptions

Overall Visual Production & Direction

• Work out and lead detailed shooting plans campaign visual production projects (including site selection, mood and light setting, onsite shooting and post-production quality control etc.)
• Specify and manage cameras, the lighting, the angle and processing in line with brand identity standards
• Maintain and upgrade the photo processing level of the post-production team
• Oversee the model recruitment for consistent and stable model looks for brands
• Ensure that all visual outputs are aligned with brand identity standards
• Stay up on the latest photography technology

Leadership

• Lead the visual team devoted to the ideation, production, and delivery of high-quality visuals in a collaborative way
• Lead to optimize the quality of visuals delivered to brands, especially visuals to inspire and impress customers
• Direct team members to continually raise the bar with new interpretations of the brand standards and new approaches that expand and deepen the brand experience for our customers
• Give the team proper recognition and credit for team member contributions

Staff Development

• Help and coach team members in their professional developments
• Build a professional, flexible and creative visual team
• Create a staff-enabling visual production culture for team members to work in

2. Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree and above;

2. Minimum 5+ years of professional photography experience;

3. Minimum 2+ year of management experience;

4. Mastering photography technology including light setting, shot framing and camera specifying etc.

5. Have the flexibility and problem-solving skills to handle production when scenes don't go as planned due to weather or equipment problems

6. Have an artistic or fashion-oriented eye for photography

7. Able to think creatively, communicate efficiently, work under pressure and build a good visual team.
